Great! I got the name! Now what?

With the crucial step of naming the business accomplished, it's time to dive into the exciting realm of transforming that name into a thriving enterprise. The name serves as the foundation, encapsulating the essence and identity of the business. Translating that name into a compelling brand story, logo design, and overall visual identity is essential. Conducting thorough market research and developing a solid business plan will help outline the following steps:

  • Identifying target customers
  • Crafting a unique value proposition
  • Formulating a comprehensive marketing strategy

Additionally, registering the business, securing necessary licenses and permits, and setting up financial systems are essential tasks that require attention. Nevertheless, it's an exhilarating moment filled with endless possibilities, and by leveraging creativity, strategic thinking, and a relentless drive for success, the newly named business can pave its way to a prosperous future.

Going back to when I first decided on the BookFairy as a name for my company… I had the name picked. But was that a name that was available for me to use? I wanted to ensure it was precisely how I wanted it to be. BookFairy Publications or BookFairy Publishing?

Another dilemma. Coming to think of it, I had many dilemma’s during the creating phase of all this.

It all took place on the evening of March 12th. Time to do my research. The internet is an excellent tool where one can find tons of information. One must be careful about the validity of the information one sees and uses. I used a few sources to verify. I knew that I wanted a .com website. 

I was researching Google again to see if anyone else was using this name. The name was available. Then I went on a hosting website. I used GoDaddy to see if the domain name was available. That was too. Alright! I said to myself. We are on the right track.
